We truly are ready for the next challenge! We want to have ideas thrown at us and try to do things we have never thought of before!

 These examples are here to show that our works can be opposites when compared, and that is exactly what we plan to deliver!

Idea Layout

• When your idea is accepted through an application, we will find a time to call with you through zoom, skype, phone call, which ever works!

• During our conversation, we will go back and forth on parts of the video that you mention, trying to find that specific style that you are looking for!

• Example videos can be looked at from other sources, once we are both excited for your idea, its go time!

Prep Work/Form Signing

• We will create a layout of how the video will be structured.  If you have not yet selected music, fonts, style, etc., we can sit through some together to find what works best! I can send over samples of songs, of fonts if text is needed, and whatever else is needed!

• Once we have a clear plan with a variety of assets and the idea is clear for us, I will provided a form acknowledging that you grant permission for us to use your footage, audio, logo's, actor's, equipment, etc. as it is needed and specifially provided for by you to us.  Don't worry, we will only use what you specifically provide us access with!

• Editz by Zak likes to have client's video's available on our website and or public socials to showcase our skills and working with a client, we will include your brand name, personal name, public socials, whatever you need! We do hold the right to use your video, however we can ONLY do so if we credit you as the client we worked with unless given permission to do so without it!

Recording time 

(if video recording package is requested)

• The time is here! We will meet you on set and introduce our equipment along with whatever you provide us with as well.  During recording we can set up angles, progression, information you wish to provide while recording in the video, etc.  (Unplanned additions can make it that much better!)

• After Recording everything needed, we will say our goodbye's and whatever else is needed! I will head back to my computer to export the footage right away!

• Upon request I can send all the recorded footage right away, however it is highly recommended to wait until we cut them up into clips, but we understand the want for the raw footage as well!

General Editing

• Now its our turn to shine! we will take all the raw footage and cut (splice) them into the requested pacing and order.  This process is simply organizing the footage to make sense and in correct order, along with cropping shots to have the size of people or objects shot be similar across the video! this process should be fairly quick!

• Next, we will add music if needed or sound effects if needed, this is also a great time to add voice overs if you need that as well! If needed, text such as subtitles, graphics, etc.  Can be created and put in as well! 

• Once all the parts are put into place, I pace the footage together using the audio from shooting, the audio from added music or sound effects, and putting the text where it needs to be!  This is the final step for general editing! moving onto the hard stuff!

Advanced Editing

• First thing we look at is the coloring of shots, making sure every shot is balanced and similar in terms of color, white balance, focus ranges, quality, etc.  Once that is completed, we will add transitions to the clips to make sure each clip moves smoothly through the video if its needed.

• Cropping can be added if needed, if a subject has to fit a certain shot and the camera moves we will balance that out to keep consistency.  Speaking of balance, we look at consistency of audio levels between clip sound, sound effects, music, etc.  We balance those out and can also add 3D stereo effects if requested.

• Finally we will add any color filters that may fit such as to fit a feeling like cinematic, western, dark documentary, bright/warm wedding, etc etc!

• Exporting time! we can export up to 4096x2160 by 120 frames! (the file size would be HUGE!) for cinematic content, we support that for you! also features full frame 4k support, 3840x2160 by 120 frames!

• We can go over the video together or you can give your critiques on what works and what you would like changed, lets fit your vision PERFECTLY!

• We keep working on it until its done! then, after a hard days work, your dream is in your hands.
